The following map will show you where 29 of the 30 audio logs are. They are located in Mombasa Streets. I recommend playing through the entire campaign before trying to find these so that you can just load Mombasa Streets. Make sure you have a couple of hours to spare before you try this because they are really spread out. Load up Mombasa Streets (playing on Easy is recommended) and use the map to find the first 29 logs. Once you complete that, you must trigger all of the flashbacks on the map in order to get to the level Data Hive. Once you get to Data Hive, progress through the level until you meet up with the guy that is standing in a room waiting. Continue through the level until you come to the part where the guy usually dies, instead he will jump down the hole with you and lead you to a secret door. Follow him inside even though he says not to and access the last audio log which is a phone in the back left corner of the room. Make sure that once you leave the room after accessing the audio log, you turn around and kill the guy because he will be trying to kill you.

As a side note, roaming around the streets virgil will give you signs and tell you when there is an audio log near by. Examples of this are car alarms, a police cars siren going off, those road blocks going up and down and signs saying "Detour" or "Keep right". Follow these hints and you will find all the logs.

Also, be careful with the guy helping you find number 30, because he can die before you get to the sealed off area.
